How often should I get my eyelashes filled?

Lash extensions last through a full growth cycle of natural eyelashes, typically six to eight weeks. That said, because each person's lash growth is somewhat variable (just hair growth), I suggest light lash maintenance every three to four weeks to maintain a full look

Can I put mascara on my eyelash extensions?

I never wear mascara on lash extensions, because I would like to get as much life on them as I possibly can. Try just using mascara on the bottom set of your lashes to achieve more time in between lash fill services.

Can I shower with eyelash extensions

Would suggest staying away from the lash line with cotton rounds. It is nice to dip a q-tip into oil free makeup remover to use along the lash line. Also, tear free baby shampoo works great for cleansing the lashes.

Do eyelash extensions hurt?

Eyelash extensions do not hurt, if safely applied. Each individual lash is intricately placed one at a time on top of your natural lashes, so essentially the application is flawless. Many people actually fall asleep when receiving eyelash extensions because the eyes are closed during the service.

What is the cancelation policy?

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

The cancellation fee one day before the service is half the amount of the appointment. The fee for of day cancellation or no show is the full amount of the scheduled service(s).

How early should I arrive at the spa before my scheduled service?

We suggest that you arrive around ten minutes prior to your facial or massage appointment. This allows time to use the restroom and get settled into your room.

Your appointment starts at the time it is booked. Please arrive on time so that we are able to insure that the guest following your service is able to stay on line too.
