75 Minute Swedish Massage
Swedish massage therapy is the modality that comes to mind when most people think about massage. As the best-known type of bodywork performed today, one of the primary goals of the Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart.
Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage therapy melts away tension, eases muscle stiffness and increases circulation and metabolism. The hot stones also expand blood vessels, which encourages blood flow throughout the body. The hot stones have a sedative effect that can relieve chronic pain, reduce stress and promote deep relaxation.
Swedish Massage with Chinese Cupping
This massage can be customized to your specific needs. Cupping is added to your back in this massage. Chinese cupping pulls adhesions to the surface of you body and allows greater blood and oxygen flow. This allows the adhesion, also know as a knot, to better dissolve.

Reflection Facial
Unwind and awaken your skin with this 75 minutes of escape. Your facial will start with a cleanse and a precleanse. Next your face, neck, and décolleté will be exfoliated with a gentle facial scrub. Steamed towels are used to removed the scrub. A 20 minute facial massage will be provided.
Dermaplaning
This service provides a non-surgical skin refinish procedure, by using a sterile scalpel to abrade the top skin layer. Dermaplaning also removes vellus hair from the face. This is a full facial including cleansing, exfoliation with a scalpel, steam, steamed towels, serum and spf application. Dermaplaning will help to replenish natural ingredients, aid in skincare absorption, restore cell activity and promote healthier looking skin.
Refine Facial
Remove impurities with this 45 minute facial. Your skin will get a cleansing, exfoliation, steam, massage and mask. Your skin will feel fresh and new with this facial.
